Wanda Felton is a Partner and Head of Investor Relations at Demopolis. She brings more than 25 years of financial industry experience to the role, including private equity fundraising and capital allocation experience at leading platforms. Prior to joining Demopolis, Wanda was a Senior Advisor to Spencer Stuart’s North American Board Practice, focused on diversity and was First Vice President and Vice Chair of the Export-Import Bank, appointed by President Obama. Prior to joining the Obama Administration, Wanda raised capital for fund sponsors as a member of the Private Funds Group at Credit Suisse First Boston and at Helix Associates (a division of Jefferies). Previously, she led due diligence at Hamilton Lane Advisors. Earlier in her career, Wanda worked in corporate finance at Alex. Brown & Sons Incorporated and at Citibank.
Wanda is an independent director of The Greenbrier Companies (NYSE: GBX) and a trustee of The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art. She is a member of the Executive Leadership Council, the Council on Foreign Relations, and PEWIN and has served on the boards of numerous education and arts organizations.
Wanda holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
